Randolph & Hamilton Customer Service Consulting Firm was created out of passion to empower, motivate and prepare young adults, those preparing to enter or reentering into the workforce, and those desiring to start their own businesses with basic knowledge techniques and tips on how to deliver an AMAZING customer service experience.
With over 25 years of combined military (US Navy) and government service (Department of Defense), Mrs. Hamilton has been able to draw from the structure of both to motivate and teach her sessions. She also draws from her current role as a leader, mentor and President of Church of the Messiah located on the lower eastside of Detroit, to know how and when to impart compassion into her work.
In this role, she provides the mostly African American male congregation at Messiah, under the age of 30 with some of the same aspects she instills in her workshops; Motivation through self-awareness and Empowerment Training, Soft skill sets such as forming excellent work ethics, displaying positive attitudes, how to communicate effectively (verbal and nonverbal), and how to make the most of time through proper time management.
Being able to combine her many skills sets, which include leadership and facilitator, along with her passion to empower individuals, has helped her define her firm as customer service with a twist. That twist being the key to help empower ad identify the greatness in individuals so they in turn can learn how to provide an amazing customer service experience as well as transform their lives.
Mrs. Hamilton holds a B.A in Healthcare Administration Management, a Master in Business and is a Certified Professional Life Coach.
